With over 7,000 islands, Indonesia is a huge archipelago with a wide variety of habitats and cultures. Popular areas include Bali, with its rich cultural heritage and excellent tourism infrastructure, and Sumatra, with easy access and a wide variety of volcano and jungle trekking and projects like the orangutan rescue.
